Reflexology – Procedure
First you will be asked to remove your shoes and socks and then to make yourself comfortable on the massage couch. You will be covered with a blanket and heat pads to aid your relaxation. Your feet will be cleansed and then treated using a variety of massage and pressure movements over the feet and ankles. The treatment always begins on the right foot and finishes on the left, due to the way that the digestive system is mapped out on the feet.
