If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible e.g. 24 hours in advance. This will enable us to offer it to someone else. We understand that it is not always possible to give us this much notice. In the event that you are not able to give us 24 hours notice and we are not able to fill the slot we would regrettably have to set a cancellation fee of £20.00 per half hour booked. 2. How is the clinic regulated? We are regulated by the CQC (Care Quality Commission) and RPC (Radiological Protection Centre). In addition we have a written policy and protocol for every treatment carried out at the clinic and all of our clinicians are trained to the very highest standards. 3. Is there parking at the clinic? Yes we offer secure, private parking that is free of charge 4. Do you have any other clinics elsewhere in the UK? No , we are an independent clinic based in Kent, however we are affiliated to other clinics e.g. Dr Rakus in London
